7-2009 Dry Ice Blasting for fire & mold restoration
With the addition of Dry Ice Blasting equipment, CCS, Inc. can now complete clean-up projects fire and/or mold damage with far more efficiency. Confined spaces and areas of wiring & plumbing which were previously unreachable can now be cleaned with ease. Dry ice blasting is 80% more efficient than previous techniques and with no secondary waste stream, like sand, there is no mess and very little clean-up.
Dry Ice blasting removes nearly the entire residue from smoke, fire and mold damage with nearly zero bad odors left behind. It is also perfectly safe and harmless to the environment as well as animals.
6-2009 New FLIR Capability----(Infrared Imaging for environmental water & mold detection----as well as non-invasive damage assessment
Carolina Consolidated Services, Inc. now offers FLIR Infrared Imaging capability in order to detect and positively identify water leaks, areas of high moisture content that are problematic, and other issues which would otherwise require more invasive procedures such as demolition. I.R. imaging is at the forefront of today’s detection technology and certainly adds more depth to CCS’s arsenal of inspection and remediation tools and techniques. All FLIR operators are certified and educated on proper usage and procedures.
5-2009 New Website Launched
As of May 2009 the C.C.S., Inc. website is up and running. The site is intended to give potential customers and the general public an overview of the services we provide as well as some general history and pertinent background for our work. The content of this site will be updated regularly in an effort to keep interested parties abreast of our qualifications, activities, and continued education regarding certifications and building technology in general.
4-2009 Merging of Normont, Inc. into C.C.S., Inc.
As of 2009, Normont, Inc. the sister company that provided environmental, mold, and water remediation services has been absorbed by C.C.S., Inc. All applicable licenses, certifications and all the latest equipment once offered by Normont, Inc. will now be under the envelope of C.C.S., Inc. The same top-notch services and cutting edge technology will now be utilized under one name at one location - Carolina Consolidated Services, Inc.

Residential and Commercial roofing now offered in-house with our own work crews. In-house crews will uphold our high standards of ethics and customer service. We provide a full range of shingle, flat-roof, membrane-roof, and more while ensuring ALL aspects of a job are completed to the customer's satisfaction. Our services include clean-up, trim, soffits, fascin, vents, and all of the extras. No job is considered complete until we have the owners signed consent of a job well-done!

For years we have gained hands on experience ranging from a hospital, even operating room setting, all the way to the school setting and on to your residential living room. After years of our own development and knowledge taken from organizations such as the EPA, we have put together a division that can offer you true infection control protection and piece of mind that no element of contamination will be spread once we arrive and will no longer be present upon our completion.
