After years of encountering mold, water, and other environmental problems while working on interior projects, CCS, Inc. sent a group of employees through a number of remediation / testing training courses to form its own in-house division.  These courses include but are not limited to: N.A.M .P., I. I.C.R.C.,  as well as our in-house training.

The division has since grown and now all employees who handle environmental work are required to be trained and are kept up to date each year with advancements in the field, and "continued education" classes.

All of the equipment CCS, Inc. utilizes is maintained on a regular basis and is the latest technology available.

Nearly all of our work performed can be definitively shown to have been successful through post-testing procedures performed on each job by a third party lab. (EM P&K Labs)

Furthermore, each job is thoroughly documented through pictures, daily logs, and other records in order to maintain the integrity of the work being performed.  These strict logs can be welcome tools should a customer find themselves in an unfortunately litigious situation.
